What is AgentMySite?
AgentMySite adds an AI support assistant to your website. You give it your content, such as help articles, policies and product guides. It answers your visitors’ questions from that content, in a chat window on your site.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You add content. Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, Markdown or plain text) or add pages from your website. AgentMySite reads them and prepares them for search.
- You install the widget. Paste one
<script>tag on your site. A chat button appears in the corner of the page. - Your visitors ask questions. The assistant searches your content and answers from what it finds. When your content doesn’t cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.
You manage everything from the admin panel at app.agentmysite.com.
What you can do in the admin panel
Section titled “What you can do in the admin panel”- Documents: upload files and add web pages that the assistant answers from.
- Appearance: set the assistant’s name and colours.
- Assistant: pick a preset and set the welcome message and suggestion chips.
- Conversations: read what visitors asked and what the assistant replied.
- Unanswered: see the questions the assistant couldn’t answer, so you can add the missing content.
- Dashboard: track your credit usage for the current period.
- Site Settings: manage the domains the widget can run on and copy your embed snippet.
The panel also has Tickets, Integrations, Tools and Audit pages. Use them to hand visitors over to your support team through a connected helpdesk, and to let the assistant take actions on your site. See Integrations and AgentActions.
