What counts as a credit?
Each AI reply to a visitor uses 1 credit, and each action the AI takes while answering (like looking up an order) adds 1 more. Every action counts, whether it succeeds, fails or is cancelled. Opening the widget, chat history, translation, document search, previews in your dashboard and errors where no reply reached your visitor are never charged. Learn more
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your credits reset at the start of every billing period, so you always start the month with your full allowance. Learn more
I have more than one site. How do credits work?
All the sites in your account share one credit pool. A busy site and a quiet one draw from the same monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my limit?
On Free, the assistant pauses and visitors see a short notice until the next period. On paid plans you choose: pause, or add 1,000 credits for $15 automatically, with an optional monthly cap. A reply in progress always finishes, and we email you at 80% and 100%. Learn more
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, on any paid plan. Extra credits cost $15 per 1,000 and can be added automatically when you run low.
Can I change plans or cancel?
